Reformer Pilates is the one thing that lets me focus on my mind, body, and soul. It challenges my mind and promotes leaning into my femininity and my body in ways that other forms of exercise do not. I love sprinkling my Reformer sessions in with my regular strength training, so much so that I am pursuing a certification through Balanced Body to provide the best sessions I can for all of you!
