not fear, not coercion, not lies dressed as “care.”
Keep Birth Sacred is about more than choice—
it’s about agency, education, and
unapologetic advocacy.
We will not stand by while women are dismissed, pressured, or denied the sacred authority
God entrusted to them.
Because life is sacred.
Birth is sacred.
And it’s time we start treating it that way.
The
Birth Affirmation Deck
Originally created in 2019, The Birth Affirmation Deck was created to remind women everywhere that their bodies, their births, and their babies are all divinely chosen and unique.
This deck can be used in whichever way
your body, spirit and baby are guiding you.
Maybe you choose a card each morning to set inspire your day, maybe you use them while meditating and praying, maybe you decorate your birthing space with them.
However you choose to use the cards,
do it from a place of love and in doing so,
you cannot go wrong.

Meet Bec.
Upon becoming pregnant for the first time, Bec realized the lack of support & resources that were readily available for women who want more out of their pregnancies & birthing experiences.
#KEEPBIRTHSACRED was born following the immediate changes pertaining to hospital policy, birthing and social distancing made across the nation as a result of COVID-19.
It is Bec’s hope and the mission of #KEEPBIRTHSACRED to continue to be a reminder and platform for pregnant women and new mothers everywhere that you have a voice, you have rights, you have the ability to choose and MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU ARE STRONG.
She has two young children who are her greatest teachers and biggest motivators and is the author of Rediscover Yourself. Redefine Your Life.
